This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on Next Up. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice.
You may not
- Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
- Upload, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI), payment-card data, government IDs, or other regulated data the Service is not designed to handle.
- Post or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except under a coordinated disclosure agreement.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service, abusive automation, or excessive request volume.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk email.
- Upload viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organization.
Public boards
If you publish a public board, you are responsible for what it contains and for protecting the passcode. Do not include personal data of individuals who have not agreed to be listed publicly.
Reporting abuse
To report a violation, email support@nextuplist.com with the URL or workspace name and a description of the issue.
